Mei Mei Baby Care online shop is available for online ordering 24 hours, 7 days a week.

We respond most quickly via email. All inquiries will be answered before the end of the following business day.

Shipping & Handling:
All purchases are shipped out of Kuala Lumpur. Orders placed between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday will be processed within 48 hours and shipped via PosLaju, following with the credit card authorization or banking transfer confirmation. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays will be processed on the following business day. If there are any delays, we will contact you by email or phone. Orders are available to be shipped within Malaysia, included Sabah and Sarawak. Orders that outside of Malaysia also welcome but the delivery fees will charged accordingly.

Delivery costs:
We provide special treat by giving our customers FREE delivery fees who orders within Malaysia.

Order Status:
Upon receipt of your order and verification of your payment, a confirmation of your transaction will be sent to you via e-mail. You will also receive a PosLaju tracking number via e-mail once your order ships.

Returns:
Mei Mei Baby Care is confident that you will enjoy our range of baby care products and absolute customer satisfaction is important to us. If your orders are received in damaged condition or broken, kindly return it to us for an exchange within 5 days of received.

Please note that Shipping and handling charges are Non-Refundable.

• Customer information: name, address, phone number, email address
• State reason for return

Returns will be processed within 7 working days of arrival at our warehouse. For your protection, we advise that you send returns via courier, PosLaju or registered mail.
